IntenseCash Webmaster Program Terms and Conditions Agreement

1. General Program Requirements

BluMedia, Inc. invites webmasters and owners of Internet websites ("Program Participants") to send traffic to websites participating in the IntenseCash Program.

To participate in the Program and receive commissions, you must comply with all provisions of this Agreement. All terms and conditions are legally binding upon participation in the Program.

BluMedia reserves the right to deny admission to the Program to any prospective Webmaster based on the content, operation, traffic sources, or other characteristics of their website(s), at our sole discretion.

2. Domain Names and Cybersquatting

Cybersquatting involving any BluMedia or Program domain is strictly prohibited.

You may not register, purchase, use, or control a domain name that incorporates any of our website names, trademarks, brands, or confusingly similar variations, including typo domains, without obtaining our prior written approval.

If you wish to purchase or register a domain containing any of our site names or brands, you must contact us before registering or purchasing the domain and receive approval.

Any Webmaster found to be cybersquatting or registering confusingly similar domains may have their account terminated, commissions withheld, and may be subject to legal action.

This restriction applies regardless of whether the domain is actively being used to advertise or promote our websites.

3. Search Engine and PPC Advertising

The following search terms may not be used to generate traffic through PPC advertising programs such as Google Ads, Yahoo, or similar services without our prior approval:

• "broke straight boys"
• "broke straight boy"
• "broke straight guys"
• "broke straight guy"
• "broke college boys"
• "broke college guys"
• "college boy physicals"
• Any substantially similar or confusingly related variations

These restrictions exist because BluMedia invests substantially in building and protecting the Broke Straight Boys brand.

Certain PPC advertising sources or campaigns may be permitted with prior approval. Contact us before using PPC advertising if you are unsure whether your campaign is permitted.

4. Website Content and Legality

Your website(s) must comply with all applicable laws and must contain only legal content.

Illegal, stolen, pirated, or otherwise unauthorized content may result in immediate termination of your IntenseCash account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your website, content, advertising, and traffic-generation methods comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Use of BluMedia Names and Brands

You may not use any BluMedia, IntenseCash, or Program website name, trademark, brand name, or confusingly similar variation in a domain name without our prior approval.

Any approved use must comply with the conditions specified by BluMedia.

6. Copying Website Content

Affiliates may not copy, reproduce, mirror, or host the HTML pages of any IntenseCash website on their own servers.

Affiliates may not reproduce text exactly as it appears on any IntenseCash website tour or other Program website without our express permission.

7. Language Restrictions

Websites primarily operating in a language other than English are not permitted to join or advertise our websites without prior approval.

Exceptions may be granted at our discretion. Contact us if you would like your website reviewed for approval.

8. Website Appearance and Branding

Your website may not be designed or presented in a manner that could reasonably be confused with the front page, tour, or official website of any IntenseCash site.

If you are unsure whether your website complies with this requirement, contact us before promoting our sites.

9. Payment Ownership and Payment Methods

Payments must be made directly to the Webmaster or the approved payment account associated with the Webmaster. Payments may not be routed through an unauthorized third-party processing center.

Accepted payment methods are:

• PayPal
• Direct Deposit
• Wire Transfer
• Paxum

Payment processing or transfer fees may apply, depending on the payment method, transaction, financial institution, currency, or other applicable circumstances. Any applicable fees may be deducted from the payment amount.

10. Multiple Accounts

Only one IntenseCash account per Program is permitted for each company or organization.

If your company or organization requires additional accounts, you must contact us and receive approval before creating additional accounts.

11. Hosting Requirements

You are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of your hosting provider.

If your hosting provider does not permit adult websites or adult traffic, you may not use that hosting provider to promote or send traffic to our websites.

This requirement applies regardless of whether the hosting provider is free or paid.

12. Spyware, Malware, and Unauthorized Software

IntenseCash does not permit websites or traffic sources that use spyware, malware, or software that is automatically downloaded or installed onto a user's computer without appropriate authorization.

Any traffic source that violates this requirement may result in account termination and withholding of commissions.

13. Prohibited Websites and Traffic Sources

You may not advertise or promote IntenseCash websites on or through:

• Password-protected adult sites
• Pirate or warez sites
• Sites containing child sexual abuse material
• Sites promoting or containing bestiality
• Sites promoting or containing rape or unlawful violence
• Sites containing pirated or stolen content
• Sites that violate applicable law
• Websites primarily operating in a language other than English without prior approval
• Other prohibited or unauthorized traffic sources

Webmasters may not send traffic from prohibited sources without our prior written approval.

If you are unsure whether a particular website or traffic source is acceptable, submit the URL to us for approval before sending traffic.

14. Phone Sales

Webmasters are not paid commissions on phone sales due to high chargeback rates and the availability of non-recurring phone options.

15. Account Performance and Trial Memberships

BluMedia reserves the right to modify the terms or configuration of a Webmaster's account when the account is not performing adequately.

This may include removing trial memberships or modifying other account features.

Webmasters may also request that trial memberships be removed by contacting us.

16. Active Webmaster Payouts

Requirement for Generating Payments

For a payment to be generated on your account, you must be actively sending traffic and have generated at least one new sale within the previous 90 days.

Re-bills do not qualify as new sales for purposes of this requirement.

If your account does not meet this requirement, a payment will not be generated, even if your account has an unpaid commission balance.

It is your responsibility to remain active, continue sending qualifying traffic, and generate new sales within the required 90-day period.

This requirement does not eliminate or otherwise modify any separate payment, forfeiture, or account-expiration provisions contained in this Agreement.

17. Promotional Materials and Linking

You must provide at least one active website URL associated with your promotional activities in order to receive payment. If you do not currently have an active URL, contact us before requesting payment.

You may use as many approved IntenseCash banners as you wish.

Approved promotional methods may include:

• Intense Cash banners
• Descriptive text links
• Meta refreshes
• Pop-up windows
• Email marketing, provided it is compliant with applicable law and is based on properly obtained opt-in consent
• Text links
• Image links

You must use the exact linking code supplied by the IntenseCash Program when required.

We do not accept traffic from warez sites, cartoon sites, XXX password sites, sites containing child sexual abuse material, pirated-content sites, or blind redirects.

All traffic must have identifiable referring URLs where applicable.

If you are unsure whether a website or traffic source is acceptable, submit the URL to us for approval before sending traffic.

Any Program Participant found advertising IntenseCash websites through prohibited or unauthorized websites or traffic sources without prior approval may have their account terminated immediately and commissions withheld.

18. Commission Structure

Pay Signup Program

Approved participants in the Pay Signup Program will receive a commission of $30 per qualifying new signup generated through their assigned linking code.

New affiliates must request and receive approval before participating in the Pay Signup Program.

Recurring Partnership Program

Participants in the Recurring Partnership Program will receive 50% of revenues generated through their assigned linking code, including applicable recurring revenue.

There is no minimum number of joins required to participate in the $30-per-signup program once approved.

19. Exclusive Content and Promotional Materials

Content used to promote our websites must be used legally, accurately, and in accordance with this Agreement.

Only authorized or exclusive content approved for promotion of the applicable IntenseCash websites may be used when promoting those sites.

For example, exclusive sites such as Broke Straight Boys and Straight Boys Jerk Off may only be promoted using content that we authorize for those sites.

Using unrelated or unauthorized content to promote these websites is prohibited because it can negatively affect the quality, reputation, and branding of our websites.

20. Fraud and Abuse

IntenseCash maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity.

BluMedia reserves the right to close, suspend, or terminate any account that is suspected of fraudulent activity.

Our fraud-detection systems, fraud department, and payment processors may identify or report fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to withhold payments from any Webmaster suspected of participating in fraudulent activity while the matter is investigated.

Webmasters who violate these terms may be terminated immediately, without further notice or payment.

Where appropriate, BluMedia reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover fraudulent or improperly obtained payments and other damages. To the extent permitted by law, the responsible Webmaster may also be liable for applicable legal fees, travel expenses, investigation expenses, and other costs associated with pursuing the matter.

BluMedia also reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to share information and data concerning fraudulent activity with payment processors, business partners, law enforcement, or other appropriate parties.

21. Prohibited Content and Traffic

You are responsible for all content on your website and for the lawful use of your website and traffic sources.

Sending clicks, hits, or other traffic from URLs that contain or promote unlawful material is prohibited.

Prohibited content includes, without limitation:

• Child sexual abuse material
• Bestiality
• Rape
• Acts of unlawful violence
• Other unlawful material

BluMedia reserves the right to deny or terminate participation based on website content or traffic sources.

22. Spam and Email Marketing

BluMedia has a zero-tolerance policy for spam.

Unsolicited bulk email, spam, and unauthorized posting to newsgroups are prohibited.

Email marketing is permitted only when conducted in compliance with applicable laws and based on properly obtained opt-in consent.

If you intend to use email marketing, you must contact us for approval beforehand.

Any income or commissions generated through prohibited spam activity may be withheld, and the associated account may be terminated.

23. Age and Eligibility

To enter this Agreement and participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 or 21 years of age, depending on the legal requirements of your jurisdiction.

You represent that there are no outstanding orders, judgments, laws, regulations, or other restrictions that prohibit you from entering into this Agreement or participating in the Program.

24. Indemnification

You agree to assume responsibility for your website, promotional activities, traffic sources, and use of BluMedia materials.

You agree to indemnify and hold BluMedia, Inc. harmless from losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from your use of BluMedia materials, including banners, artwork, and other promotional materials, except to the extent caused by BluMedia's own acts or omissions as prohibited by applicable law.

25. Termination

BluMedia, Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend this Agreement or any Webmaster account at any time, with or without cause and without advance notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If BluMedia terminates an account, we will notify the Webmaster by email when appropriate.

Except where commissions are withheld due to a violation of this Agreement, fraud, or other circumstances permitting withholding under these terms or applicable law, BluMedia will pay eligible commissions earned through the effective date of termination.

Upon termination, you must immediately remove all IntenseCash banners, links, promotional materials, and other Program materials from your website(s) and promotional channels.

26. International Webmasters

If you are located in a country where adult websites are commonly restricted or prohibited, you may still submit an application.

Provide your complete information and website URL during registration, and BluMedia will review your application and notify you whether your website has been approved.

Approval is subject to all applicable laws and the requirements of this Agreement.

27. No Guarantee of Performance

BluMedia, Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the performance, availability, conversion rates, or results of any banners, links, promotional materials, or websites participating in the Program.

BluMedia will not be liable to Program Participants for losses, injuries, damages, interruptions, delays, errors, omissions, or other issues arising from or related to the transmission, availability, operation, or receipt of BluMedia services or website content, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

28. Payment Schedule

BluMedia will issue payments according to its applicable payment schedule.

The minimum payment threshold is $100 for PayPal, Paxum and Direct Deposit payments.

The minimum payment threshold for a Wire Transfer is $1,000.

Amounts below the applicable minimum payment threshold will carry over to the next payment period and continue accumulating until the applicable minimum is reached, subject to the Active Webmaster Payouts requirement and all other provisions of this Agreement.

Payments will be issued in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified by BluMedia or the applicable payment provider.

Check payments are no longer available.

You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information in your IntenseCash account is accurate and current. Incorrect or incomplete payment information may result in payment delays.

Fees may apply to certain payment methods or transactions. Any applicable fees may be deducted from the payment amount.

29. First Payment Approval

All new accounts must contact IntenseCash to approve their first payment after reaching $100 in eligible commissions.

Failure to contact us may delay payment processing.

30. Unclaimed Balances

If funds owed to a Webmaster remain unclaimed for three (3) months, or 180 days, after the applicable pay period (with current new sales, excluding re-bills), BluMedia reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, not to issue payment of the unclaimed balance.

It is the Webmaster's responsibility to monitor their account regularly, maintain accurate payment information, remain active in the Program, and send qualifying traffic and new sales.

31. Year-End Accounting

Program accounting books are closed at the end of each calendar year on December 31.

32. U.S. Tax Information

U.S.-based Webmasters must provide a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Federal Tax Identification Number (Federal Tax ID) as required to receive payments.

BluMedia may also require a completed IRS Form W-9 or other applicable tax documentation before issuing payment.

33. Changes to Commission Rates

BluMedia, Inc. reserves the right to change commission rates and payout terms by providing at least three (3) days' notice.

34. Acceptance of this Agreement

By participating in the IntenseCash Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Your participation begins when traffic, including hits or clicks, from your promotional pages begins tracking through our NATS tracking system, or when you otherwise participate in the Program.

By sending traffic to the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

BluMedia reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as permitted by law. Continued participation in the Program after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
